Day 2 Reflections - Isaac Lim

EQ1. What is a system? A system is a bunch of organisms or items that work together an rely on each other to survive or thrive. A system that was naturally formed, a system just formed without human intervention, would just sustain itself. However, a system that had human intervention in it would almost always need the same human intervention for it to sustain itself. EQ2. How humans and the environment are dependent on each other. Humans kill animals for food to eat, thus keeping the food chain in balance, since some animals would naturally be at the top of their food chain, until humans come in and reduce their numbers. Should their numbers not have been decreased, all the animals that they fed on would drastically decrease, and thus, the animals at the top would most likely die out.
